My stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo was a wonderful blend of traditional luxury and perfect service, though I noticed that the rooms could use a bit of modernization. The location is unbeatable, right near major attractions and shopping districts. On the downside, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, especially for vegetarians, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I left with a great impression and would happily return on my next visit to Tokyo.

Rooms

The rooms were very traditional, spacious, and impeccably clean, though they showed signs of needing refreshing. I found the decor charming but a bit dated, especially without modern amenities like USB charging ports.

My stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo had its ups and downs. While the service was really good and the location unbeatable, I found the room a bit dated and not as luxurious as I had hoped. The grand lobby is impressive, but the overall experience felt a bit impersonal due to the size of the hotel.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was small and located in the annex, which required quite a trek to reach. Although it was clean and had a comfortable king-size bed, I expected more luxury and modern amenities for the price.

I didn't get to enjoy breakfast at the hotel due to the crowds, but my previous visits indicated that the dining options, especially the rooftop breakfast buffet, were excellent.
Facilities

Facilities include well-thought-out toiletries and laundry service. However, the WiFi was disappointing, requiring frequent reboots.

My stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo was a wonderful experience overall. The location is superb, with easy access to some of Tokyo's main attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. While the gym was a bit lacking and the hotel had a retro charm that some might find old-fashioned, the room was comfortable and well-equipped.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was larger than most standard Tokyo rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the ample toiletries and the overall cleanliness. However, the walking distance to the lobby did detract from my experience a bit.

The overall facilities were good, offering a range of services like room service and dry cleaning. However, I did find the gym lacking for a hotel of this caliber, which is something they might want to consider improving.
